In 2019, Rhythm Church was nothing more than a vision—a dream planted in Oceanside, California, to create a church rooted in faith, creativity, and radical community. Weeks before the world shut down in 2020, that dream became a reality. Over the next five years, through pandemics, parking lots, revival nights, and baptisms, Rhythm grew into a movement.

As Director of Rhythm Church: 5 Years of Faith, I led the creative development, structure, and production of a short-form documentary capturing this powerful five-year journey. Through intimate interviews, archival footage, and honest storytelling, the film explores the raw moments, spiritual milestones, and cultural growth of a modern church plant navigating uncertainty and breakthrough.

My Role:

• Directed interviews with founding pastors, staff, and community members

• Designed narrative arc and milestone-based chapter structure

• Led creative vision and storytelling strategy

• Managed team coordination, content systems, and post-production workflows

• Developed submission portals for testimonials and user-generated footage
